Transactional SMS (INDIA)
Transactional SMS is used for information and alerts to your existing customers. Transactional SMS can be delivered to both DND and non-DND numbers.
DLT REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY AS PER TRAI RULES
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has notified Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulation (TCCCPR), 2018. The regulation says that the companies will have to register themselves for commercial SMS and calls. It is mandatory from 01/06/2020. Every Enterprise has to do DLT-Enterprise registration from any Operator. You have to Approve Sender ID from the DLT Enterprise Panel. After Approval of Sender ID you can send SMS from your own sender Id.
You can send sms with our default sender Id until your sender Id is approved from DLT Enterprise panel of Operator.
